How to use
- Choose an attachment or a guided routine in the Therabody app for the area you want to target.
- Hold the power button, then choose a speed. With the Heated Percussive Attachment, also choose a heat level.
- Glide over each area of the face, jaw or neck for about 30 seconds with gentle pressure and let the device do the work.
- Use one to three times a day for recurring tension, starting on the lowest speed.
