CryoTherm™ Palm
CryoTherm Palm is a cordless palm cooling device that helps athletes manage heat during natural breaks between sets, sprints or periods of play. It has cold, heat and contrast modes and a built-in stopwatch for 1–3 minute cooling intervals.
Study results
- 60% cooler and less perceived heat strain across repeated sprint efforts1
- 58% more reps in the final set, when fatigue usually sets in2
- 28% more total work volume over the whole session2
How to use
- Use it during natural rest periods: between sets, at half-time, during time-outs or water breaks.
- Indoors, 1–3 minutes between sets. Outdoors or in games, 3 minutes. During longer breaks, as long as possible.
- Use cold level 2 indoors, or outdoors below 23.8 °C. Use level 3 outdoors above 23.8 °C, and switch it on about 2 minutes before use.

1 Randomised crossover study at IMG Academy with the University of Florida: 22 elite male soccer players aged 17–19, 2 sets of 6 repeated sprints, one 2.5-minute application between sets. Results compare intervention with control and may not reflect other training contexts, athlete levels, age groups or populations.
2 Randomised crossover study with the University of Southern California: 21 NCAA Division I athletes, 4 sets of overhead presses to failure at 85% of 1RM, one application between sets. Results compare intervention with control and may not reflect other training contexts, athlete levels, age groups or populations.
